These are our rules for using the Arts Alive website. By browsing our site, signing up for emails, and/or clicking "purchase," you agree to these rules.
1. The Basics
You Must Be 18: By using our site and making a purchase, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age.
We Do Our Best: We work hard to make sure all the information on our site is accurate, but sometimes mistakes happen. We can't guarantee everything is always 100% perfect – reach out to us at info@alabamaartsalive.com if you notice something wrong or funky.
Subject to Change: We might update our website, change prices, change dates, or stop selling a product at any time.
2. Your Order
Accepting Orders: Just because you place an order doesn't mean we have to accept it. We reserve the right to refuse any order for any reason.
Accurate Info is Key: Please, please, please make sure your shipping address and email are correct. We're not responsible for any lost packages if you've given us a wrong or incomplete address; likewise, we’re not responsible for lack of email communication if your email address is incorrect or if you’ve selected “opt out of email marketing.”
4. Returns & Issues
All sales are final: Posters and T-shirts created by our talented artists, printed in the Shoals are extremely limited edition and are therefore final.
What if it arrives damaged? We package items as safely as possible, but things happen in transit. Send us an email with a photo of the damage, and we'll work with you to find a solution.
5. Our Stuff, Not Yours
We take our artists’ passions and work very seriously, and any theft of art (physically or for use on the Internet) is strictly prohibited.
All the images, descriptions, and content on this website are our property and the property of the artists we feature. Copying or using any material on our website without our permission is unacceptable, and may result in legal action.
6. We're Not Liable For...
As a volunteer-run organization, we do our best to make sure the website is functional, accessible, and has consistent updates. We can't be held responsible for any third-party links or service interruptions.
7. Legal Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the state of Alabama.
